Introduction :

This First Aid training is to train participants on first aid procedures during a medical emergency at work place. The participants will be trained to use AED and hands on CPR and chocking techniques. Besides that participants will also be taught to do bandaging, burnt injury and snake bite management. This training is part of fulfilment the requirement of Health and Safety Act 1994

Course Objective :

1. Understand and apply essential first aid terminology and principles.
2. Gain knowledge of various first aid techniques and procedures for common injuries and medical emergencies.
3. Develop skills in using first aid equipment and tools effectively.
4. Learn how to respond promptly and appropriately to different types of injuries and emergencies.

• Open would injuries treatment (stop bleeding)
• Role of a First Aider
• Close wound injuries treatment
• Introduction to First Aid Equipment Bandaging
• Preliminary patient inspection (RBS)
• Burnt injury management
• CPR Protocol & AED (adult & child)
• Sharp object puncture injury management
• Chocking Techniques (adult & child)
• Snake bite injury management
